Mohawk Valley Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking an experienced LPN to support its long-term care population. The role involves providing nursing care across multiple unit types, including medical-surgical, orthopedic rehab, dementia care, and memory care. LPNs must be comfortable floating between units within the facility.
