Job Summary The Elite Job is seeking an experienced and highly analytical Senior Data Analyst to join our dynamic remote team. Conduct advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and forecasting to support business initiatives. Translate complex data findings into clear, concise recommendations for management and non-technical audiences. Monitor KPIs, track performance metrics, and report on business progress regularly. Identify opportunities for process improvements, automation, and efficiency enhancements in data workflows. Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelors degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field; Masters degree preferred. Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or other data analysis tools. Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker. Solid understanding of statistical methods, predictive modeling, and machine learning techniques. Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to work independently in a remote environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders. Experience Minimum of 3–5 years of experience as a Data Analyst, Business Analyst, or related role. Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and insights that positively impact business outcomes. Experience in a remote or distributed work setting is a plus. Working Hours Full-time, flexible work-from-home schedule. Core hours may be required for team collaboration and meetings, depending on project needs. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail. Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, macros, and complex formulas. Ability to translate business questions into analytical solutions. Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and management solutions.
