About The Role:

Our client, a global alternative asset manager and top real estate fund, is seeking a Performance Analyst to support its public real-asset investment strategies. In this role, you’ll work closely with performance data, reviewing returns, running attribution analysis, and producing clear, accurate reporting that helps portfolio managers and client teams understand key performance drivers.

Responsibilities

• Review and reconcile portfolio and benchmark returns across equities, fixed income, and alternative strategies using methodologies such as TWR and Modified Dietz
• Maintain composites in line with GIPS standards and manage both recurring and ad-hoc performance work
• Run single- and multi-factor attribution models to assess market, currency, and security-level drivers of performance
• Prepare accurate, strategy-specific reports for portfolio managers, senior leadership, and external clients
• Partner with client service teams to address performance and attribution questions
• Support performance system updates, data integrations, user testing, and process documentation
• Build strong technical proficiency with tools including FactSet Attribution, Advent Geneva, and data warehouse platforms

Qualifications

• 4+ years of performance, attribution, or investment analytics experience within asset management
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field
• CFA designation or progress is a plus
• Strong Excel and required FactSet experience
• SQL, Advent Geneva, and eVestment exposure are preferred
• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to manage shifting priorities independently
• Clear communicator with the ability to work effectively across investment, operations, and client-service teams
