Kelly Services in partnership with Cummins has immediate openings to join our team at Cummins Power Generation in Fridley, MN . We have Order Picker/Forklift Operator positions available on 1st and 2nd shift Sunday-Thursday!

\n1st shift: $20.00 / hour \n

\n\t
• Monday-Friday 7:00am-3:00pm \n\t
• Will be required to work Saturdays as needed based on business needs (typically 1 - 2 per month during heavy production times)\n

\n2nd shift: $21.60 / hour \n\n

\n\t
• Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm \n\t
• Will be required to work Saturdays as needed based on business needs (typically 1 - 2 per month during heavy production times)\n

\n \n\n

Minimum Qualifications :

\n\n

\n\t
• Requires at least 6 months of Forklift and Order Picker operating experience (do not need to be certified)\n\t
• Are at least 18 years of age\n\t
• Comfortable lifting up to 50lbs; bending, squatting, kneeling, walking and standing in a warehouse environment \n\t
• Ability to work from heights - will be operating equipment needing to be raised to pick and pull from multi-level racking that can be up to a height of 30 feet\n

What's a typical day as an Order Picker/Forklift Operator? You'll be:

\n\n

\n\t
• Driving a Forklift and other Powered Industrial Vehicles (PIV) such as an Order/Cherry Picker, Reach Forklift, Sit-down/Stand-up Forklift, Mule Cart, Turret Forklift\n\t
• Receiving, stocking, storing, handling and labeling goods and materials in a warehouse environment\n\t
• Picking, filling, and preparing orders in an accurate, thorough and efficient manner\n\t
• Inspecting merchandise, checking for shortages, and damaged goods \n
