Mail Clerk Opportunity

Our client, a multinational construction, architecture, and engineering firm, is seeking a dedicated Mail Clerk to join their team. As a Mail Clerk, you will be an essential part of the Operations Department supporting daily office logistics and mailroom activities. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, which will align successfully within the organization.

Job Title: Mail Clerk

Location: Kansas City, Missouri

Pay Range: $16-23/hr.

Job Type: Contract (Feb-Aug)

What's the Job?

• Receive, sort, and deliver mail, packages, and boxes to ensure timely distribution within the organization.
• Scan mail stops on each delivery route to maintain accurate records and tracking.
• Unload and store received items securely and efficiently.
• Package and prepare shipments using various ground and express delivery services.
• Maintain an organized and clean mailroom area to promote a safe and productive workspace.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be able to lift and move various size and weight packages (up to 50 pounds).
• Experience in office services within a corporate environment or related field preferred.
• Knowledge of shipping and receiving procedures.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
