Job Description:
- Supportsleaddesignerswithpresentationmaterials,FF&Eselections,specs,andproject
- documentation.
- Manages accuratepricingandlogistics(shipping/storage/handling).
- Interpretsandworkfromplans,elevations,andconstructiondetails.
- Researchesmaterialsandfinishessuitablefordesignthemesandbudgets.
- Maintainsthedesignlibrary,projectbinders,andpricingupdates.
- Interactprofessionallywithvendor andreps.
- Attends clientmeetings, takenotesandprovide follow-upsupport.
- Facilitatescommunicationwithexternalconsultantsunderdesignerguidance.
- Supportsinstallationsthroughdeliveries,placement,andpost-installcoordination.
- Assistswithgeneraladministrativeduties(calls,shipments,officetasks)andparticipateinweekly staffmeetings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degreeinInteriorDesignorrelatedfield,orequivalentexperience
- 1-3 years of experience in interior design or related field.
- SkilledinAutoCAD,MicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,Outlook,PowerPoint).
- Proficient in working on construction documents.
- Detail-oriented,creativeteamplayerwithexcellentlisteningskillsandintegrity.
