Job Description:

  • Supportsleaddesignerswithpresentationmaterials,FF&Eselections,specs,andproject
  • documentation.
  • Manages accuratepricingandlogistics(shipping/storage/handling).
  • Interpretsandworkfromplans,elevations,andconstructiondetails.
  • Researchesmaterialsandfinishessuitablefordesignthemesandbudgets.
  • Maintainsthedesignlibrary,projectbinders,andpricingupdates.
  • Interactprofessionallywithvendor andreps.
  • Attends clientmeetings, takenotesandprovide follow-upsupport.
  • Facilitatescommunicationwithexternalconsultantsunderdesignerguidance.
  • Supportsinstallationsthroughdeliveries,placement,andpost-installcoordination.
  • Assistswithgeneraladministrativeduties(calls,shipments,officetasks)andparticipateinweekly staffmeetings.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degreeinInteriorDesignorrelatedfield,orequivalentexperience
  • 1-3 years of experience in interior design or related field.
  • SkilledinAutoCAD,MicrosoftOffice(Excel,Word,Outlook,PowerPoint).
  • Proficient in working on construction documents.
  • Detail-oriented,creativeteamplayerwithexcellentlisteningskillsandintegrity.
