In-Home Caregiver / Home Health Aide (HHA / PCA)

Asiva Homecare – Westchester County, NY

Pay: $18.50 – $25.75 per hour (base pay, with opportunities for higher pay based on client needs)
Hours: Minimum 15 hours per week

Position Overview

We are looking for kind, reliable, and compassionate caregivers to join our team in Westchester County. Experience is preferred but not required —we are happy to work with caring individuals who are willing to learn and have a genuine desire to help others.

You will provide non-medical, in-home support to elderly clients who may need assistance with daily tasks.

Responsibilities

Depending on the client’s needs, responsibilities may include:

• Assisting with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Light housekeeping (laundry, tidying, dishes, meal preparation)
• Companionship and emotional support
• Medication reminders (non-medical)
• Assistance with mobility and transfers
• Grocery shopping and errands
• Monitoring client safety and well-being
• Communicating any concerns or changes to the care team

Qualifications

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable personality
• Ability to work independently in a client’s home
• Reliable transportation is a plus
• Must be able to pass required background checks
• Authorization to work in the U.S.

Pay & Benefits

• Hourly pay ranging from $18.50 to $25.75 , based on client needs and level of care
