Finance Lead Our client, a global technology company in the fintech space, is seeking a Finance Lead.
Location: Mountain View, CA. This is a hybrid role with in-office expectations 3 days per week.
Job Description: This role partners with the Workforce Solutions business segment to drive strategic planning, operational excellence, and financial insights.
Responsibilities: - Serve as a trusted advisor to leadership, developing and refining 1- and 3-year strategic plans and identifying risks and opportunities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to monitor KPIs and provide insights for achieving strategic and financial goals.
- Build financial models to analyze complex business scenarios and inform go-to-market strategies.
- Prepare financial reporting deliverables, including month-end close packages and variance explanations.
- Drive process improvements by streamlining, standardizing, and automating reporting requirements.
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business; Master's degree a plus.
- 6-8 years of FP&A or related experience (corporate finance, investment banking, private equity, analytics).
- Strong financial modeling and forecasting skills.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and communicate effectively at all levels.
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills; experience with Hyperion Essbase preferred.
