About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Dental Office Manager to join our team.

• You must have at least 2 years of recent experience managing a dental office.

• Experience with HMO treatment coordination is required.

• Candidates without dental office manager experience will not be considered.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the team to meet office goals

• Manage the daily schedule and appointments

• Present treatment plans and financial options to patients

• Provide excellent communication and patient care

• Follow up with patients on treatment needs

• Run daily morning huddles with the team

• Oversee billing, insurance claims, and account management

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recent dental office manager or treatment coordinator experience

• Experience with HMO and Denti-Cal billing

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently

• Fluent in English and available Monday–Friday

Preferred

• Experience using Dentrix Ascend

• Spanish-speaking is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $30.00 - $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 – 40 per week
