Dental Office Team Leader/Office Manager
Our office is looking for an enthusiastic leader who possesses the skills necessary to keep the office running efficiently and successfully; we want the "right person" to grow with our team, enjoy their time at work, and make a difference in the lives of our patients. To excel in this role, you will need to be self-motivated, highly organized, a great communicator and have the talent to inspire those around you.
Responsibilities:
Building strong relationships with patients
Motivating your team toward a common goal
Assist with running all operations of this dental practice
Comprehensive care planning
Scheduling as needed
Answering and handling phone calls
Managing the A/R
Requirements:
Dentrix patient management software experience is preferred
Excellent communication/people/problem solving and phone skills
Great organizational and multitasking abilities
3+ year dental experience
