Our Corporate Security organization plays a critical role in T-Mobile’s Enterprise Risk Management program by establishing standardized policies, processes, and resources that help protect our people, property, and brand. We partner closely with business units across the company to ensure security solutions are aligned with business needs while delivering a safe, welcoming experience for employees and customers.

In this role, you will be a Program Manager on the Deployments team, leading enterprise-level physical security initiatives across Corporate Facilities and Retail locations. You will collaborate closely with internal partners—including Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Construction, Cybersecurity, Network, Third-party Risk, and Retail teams —as well as external vendors to plan and implement physical security deployments that meet national standards and mitigate risk.

** The preferred location is Bellevue, WA, but will also consider Overland Park, KS. This role also follows a hybrid schedule (3 days/week in the office). **

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and run enterprise physical security programs and projects, including CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, and other security technology deployments across corporate offices and retail environments.
  • Own end-to-end project execution, including scope definition, requirements gathering, budgeting and forecasting, vendor coordination, scheduling, and delivery against timelines and expectations.
  • Track and handle project financials to ensure alignment with approved budgets and achievement of financial goals.
  • Collaborate with internal partners (e.g., Corporate Real Estate, Facilities, Construction, Cybersecurity, Network, Third-party Risk, and Retail teams) to align security solutions with business objectives and site-specific needs.
  • Support the development, implementation, and maintenance of physical security standards, guidelines, and procedures for multiple facility types.
  • Assist in evaluating and standardizing security products and technologies to support scalability and consistency across the enterprise.
  • Follow up on corrective actions resulting from security assessments, audits, or risk reviews, ensuring timely remediation.
  • Respond to security-related requests and provide subject matter support to internal partners as needed.
  • Be a great partner with integrators, consultants, and technology vendors to ensure quality, compliance, and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Business, Finance, Construction Management, or a related field preferred.
  • Up to 4 years of experience in program management or project management
  • Experience in corporate or enterprise physical security is highly desired, including hands-on familiarity with access control systems, CCTV, and physical security standards.
  • Demonstrated experience handling budgets, gathering business and technical requirements, reviewing specifications, coordinating vendors, and reporting project status.
  • Solid ability to build and maintain effective cross-functional relationships in a matrixed organization.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical and non-technical information.
  • Experience supporting commercial or retail construction projects a plus.

  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
