As Store Manager, you'll drive the vision and success of your dispensary. This means more than overseeing operations - it means mentoring staff, maintaining compliance, boosting sales, and cultivating a positive environment for both your team and the community we serve. What You'll Do You'll be the operational backbone of the store, with a direct impact on day-to-day performance, culture, and customer satisfaction. Here's a glimpse of how you'll lead: Operational Mastery: Oversee daily sales, inventory processes, cash handling, and customer flow to ensure smooth and compliant operations. Team Development: Hire, train, and develop staff - recognizing high performers and providing clear, constructive feedback when needed. Customer Experience: Deliver best-in-class service and empower your team to create memorable, helpful experiences for every guest. Sales Leadership: Drive store performance through team motivation, data-driven decisions, and smart merchandising strategies. Compliance & Standards: Stay ahead of Arizona cannabis laws and company protocols to ensure a secure, well-managed dispensary. Collaboration & Reporting: Work closely with regional and executive leadership on staffing, marketing, and store planning initiatives. What Makes You a Great Fit You don't just "manage"-you lead, guide, and set the tone. We're looking for someone who embodies professionalism, purpose, and passion: You've led retail teams with integrity and know how to drive results through people. You're a problem-solver who can keep calm under pressure. You understand cannabis or are eager to master the regulations and nuances of the industry. You're detail-oriented, goal-focused, and naturally organized. You're invested in growing people, not just sales. What You'll Need: Experience: 2+ years in retail management (cannabis a plus!) Education: Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, POS systems, and inventory tools Leadership: Proven ability to coach, manage conflict, and build a culture of accountability Physical Capability: Able to stand/walk throughout shifts and lift up to 30 lbs All store managers are required to complete Nirvana's internal Management Training Program upon hire.
