As an Associate Project Manager at HiTHIUM, you'll support the BESS project execution cycle while developing your project management skills. You'll work under the guidance of senior project managers to assist with project planning, coordination, monitoring, and client communication while gaining hands-on experience in the energy storage industry.

Responsibilities :

• Support project managers in overseeing project deliverables and timelines
• Assist in managing client communications and expectations under supervision
• Help ensure project activities align with company policies and contract specifications
• Support the maintenance of customer and supplier/partner/subcontractor relationships
• Assist in developing schedules and milestones, and track progress against established timelines
• Help coordinate resources across projects and collaborate with internal departments
• Support contract administration and assist with minor revisions and changes
• Participate in quality control program implementation
• Prepare routine progress reports and project documentation
• Assist in identifying and tracking project risks

Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree required
• PMP or CAPM certification a plus, but not required
• Willingness to pursue professional development in project management
• 3+ years of experience in project coordination or project management support roles
• Fluency in English
• Strong communication skills with ability to interact professionally with clients and team members
• Problem-solving skills and willingness to learn new approaches
• Collaborative team player who works well in a supportive environment
• Some exposure to construction, renewable energy, electrical engineering, or related industries preferred
• Experience or demonstrated interest in energy storage or renewable energy sector is a plus
• Any exposure to energy storage projects in the Americas is beneficial but not required

This position is hybrid. Please do not apply to this role unless you are willing to commute to Fremont, CA several times a week.
