Location: Golden/Lakewood
Pay Range: $25.00 / hour to start
Start Date: Immediate Openings Available!

A well-established lighting and electrical company is seeking motivated first or second year Electric Apprentices to join their growing team. If you're passionate about electrical work, eager to learn, and ready to work in a fast-paced, friendly environment-this is the opportunity for you!

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose malfunctioning systems and components using test equipment and hand tools.
• Connect wires to circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
• Inspect electrical systems to identify hazards, defects, or code violations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues- troubleshooting is a must!
• Ensure all work is performed with safety as the top priority.

What We're Looking For

Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on electrical experience in residential and commercial settings (no industrial work).
• OR a valid State of Colorado Electrician License .
• Strong knowledge of new circuitry and troubleshooting techniques.

Education:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

Tools & Equipment:

• Hand tools: wire strippers, cutters, screwdrivers, pliers, tape measure, etc.
• Power tools: drills, portaband saws, pipe threaders, benders.
• Meters: voltmeter, ammeter, ohmmeter, multimeter.

Physical Requirements:

• Must be able to bend, lift (up to 60 lbs), carry, crouch, crawl, and perform physical tasks.
• Comfortable working in varied environments and conditions.

Travel & Work Schedule

• Work is primarily local (75% in the Denver metro area).
• Company vehicle provided for client visits; mileage reimbursement available if using personal vehicle.
• Mostly Monday-Friday schedule with occasional weekend work and overtime available.
